Practical guidance

Safety

Liki helps adults arrange local tasks, but users decide whether a person, task and meeting feel appropriate. Liki does not verify every identity or supervise the work.

Before agreeing

Addresses and meetings

Only an approximate area is public. The exact address is made available to the selected helper. Confirm who you are meeting and tell a trusted person where you will be. For a first meeting, use a public place when the task allows it. Leave if the situation differs materially from the description or feels unsafe.

Payment safety

Payment happens directly between users. Liki does not hold or guarantee payment. Agree on the amount, method and timing before work begins. Check payment in your own payment service; do not rely on screenshots alone. Keep receipts and relevant messages.

Prohibited tasks

Do not arrange illegal or dangerous activity, weapons or controlled substances, sexual services, harassment, exploitation, deceptive schemes, or regulated work without required qualifications or permits.

Report and block

Use in-app reporting for inappropriate profiles, tasks or messages. Blocking prevents supported contact and profile access, though an active shared task may need to be cancelled or completed first. Preserve messages, receipts and other relevant evidence. For help, email safety@likiapp.fi.

Emergencies

Liki is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services directly.
