Delete your account

Request deletion in the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

The request starts a 30-day grace period. Your account is marked for deletion, but you can still sign in during the grace period.

Cancel during the grace period

Return to Profile and choose Cancel deletion request before processing starts. The account returns to active status.

After the grace period

The request becomes eligible for an operator-run process. It anonymizes the account email and profile, removes or replaces user-authored content, removes notifications, blocks, feedback and local workflow keys, clears exact addresses from tasks owned by the account, and closes active work. De-identified task, payment, review, report or dispute records may remain for workflow integrity, safety or legal needs. The operator must explicitly confirm the run after reviewing the retention policy.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@likiapp.fi from the account email address. Do not send your password. We may need to verify control of the account before acting.

Public accounts are not yet open. Final retention rules and operator ownership must be approved before launch.
